  • Full TextThis Indenture made this 11th day of January A.D. 1905 between J.T. McWilliams of Las Vegas, Nevada, the party of the first part, and Frank R. Stewart of the same place, the party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part, for, and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and Fifty-one Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, covey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns, forever; [wavy line] Lots numbered One (1) and Two (2) in Block numbered Thirteen (13) Lots numbered Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block numbered Two (2), in the Townsite of Las Vegas in the County of Lincoln and State of Nevada. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances--there unto belonging or in any way appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits-- there of. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises together with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever.
