Marilyn Moran

Marilyn Moran (née Tobman) is vice chair of the Community Action Council of WestCare Nevada, a drug rehabilitation center in Las Vegas, Nevada.Moran moved to Las Vegas as a child in 1952 with her parents, Jean and Herb Tobman. The Tobmans helped to establish WestCare Nevada and have operated Western Cab Company in Las Vegas since 1968. Moran serves on both the state and national board of the WestCare Foundation and is involved with Western Cab. She also served on the City Planning Commission for ten years, during which time the Southwest Development Plan for Southern Nevada was adopted.
