Revised Constitution and Bylaws of The Goldfield Womans Club.Feb.8,1923.Article 1.Name. The name of this corporation shall be The Goldfield Womans Club. Article 2.Objects. The object of this organization shall be : To stimulate intellect ual development : to promote unity and good fellowship among its members: to advance philanthropic and reformatory efforts and to aid in the civil betterment of the community. Article 3Officers. Sec.l.The elective officers shall be a president,a first vice president a second vice president a recording secretary,a treasurer,an auditor a corresponding secretary and four directors. Sec.2.The president,first vice president,second vice president and the four directors shall constitute a Board of Directors. Article 4.Membership. Any woman of good moral standing in sympathy with the objects of of this club,may be elected a member in the manner prescribed by thebylaws. Article 5.Meetings.The regular meetings of the club shall be held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month beginning with October and ending with May of each year. Sec.2.The regular meetings of the Board of Directors shall be twice each month of the club year in advance of the regular meetings ofSec.3
