February 26,1904. 97-L Mr. H.P. Myton, 421 Walter Bldg., Salt Lake, Utah. Dear Sir:-I beg to acknowledge receipt of your valued favor of the23rd inst. which refers to our laying out a town at Las VegasRanch, and note that when that time comes you would like to havecharge of it, etc.In reply, beg to advise that at this time I do not knowwhat we will do as regards town-site at Las Vegas; it will depend largely what the Company does in regard to shops or other industries there.I am not in a position to make you any proposition at this time.
