3A correct measurement and I know we got every inch of water there is in the creek. I made the [?] [set?] it measured the water refered to the rule I have with me for measuring water and I find Mr McW. statement correct so you can depend on it being correct.The stream is fine and would look to most people like a much larger volume of water and may be large enough for all purposes but in case it is not what you expected and wished it to be what can be done now. The agreement doesn't call for any amount of water and it looks to me as if nothing now can be done except take the property or forfeit the [money part?]If you decide to go on and close the deal I would advise that you send some one at once to look after the place as it is sadly neglected. There are many things required to put the property in condition such as a new wagon a team or two of work horses or mules etc. I would advise you to send a copy of this letter and Mr. McWilliams statement to Mr Whittemore at once because Mrs Stewart will go there as soon as possible.There is a good man here who I have confidence in
