March 14,1905.139-CMr. T.E.Gibbon,General Counsel. Dear Sir:-Referring to yours of March 4th, which is in reply to mine of the 27th ult., with reference to filing of map covering las Vegas townsite, etc.,- you will remember the conversation that tools place in regard to this matter while en route to Salt Lake, between Judge Cornish, yourself, myself and others. I think it is important that we should follow the matter up closely and get our townsite on the market as quickly as possible. I think the first thing to do is to decide upon what lands we will ask the Trustee to release and make the formal request. I wish you would follow this matter up. I shall be glad to go over the map with you at any time and decide upon what lands should be cut out of the railroad property, in accordance with our conversation with Judge Cornish. I think we should get a sufficient quantity on the first request so as not to have to go back the second time.Very truly yours,(Signed) J. ROSS CLARK.
