4 and the only thing to consider is the cost of pipe and freight.We should have some furniture and tools such as plows wagons rakes shovels hayfork carpenter tools stock of iron for blacksmith shop grindstone etc. I have an idea that I could go in to a second hand store in Salt Lake and pick out a lot of cheap tools that would do here as well as new ones. There are many things there that would cost but a little and would be useful here.We take in a little money nearly every day for hay potatoes apples and meals and so far have managed to pay some of the help and paid Allen for freight $25.10. I paid him $55.30 for the first freight out of my private funds. If we had better accomodations and a better stock of foods we could soon increase our income.I write in this way to let you know that there are many things that Dr. Bracken will want. And I well know it will pay to have them. I have become very much interested here now and would like
