SAN PEDRO, LOS ANGELES AND SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT T. P. CULLEN, SUPERINTENDENT LOS ANGELES, August 20, 1904. Mr. J. Ross Clark, 2nd Vice President, City. Dear Sir: I enclose herewith letters from E. L. Bedell, of Roswell, N.M. and John de Jong, of El Paso.Both of these gentlemen appear to be anxious to locate in Los Vegas and willing to invest their money should there be an opportunity. Mr. De Jong I have known personally for some time and have always found him to be reliable.
