We, the undersigned, being all of the incorporators of the GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANY, hereby express our intentions and purpose, to meet at this time and place, 10:00 o'clock A. M. January - 15th, 1912, at the office of the Company at the Registration Building, at Goldfield, Esmeralda County, Nevada, and organize the said Goldfield Belmont Extension Mining Company, and each of us hereby waives each and every, his rights to be notified in person or by publication, or in any manner, of the holding of the said meeting, and consents to the transaction of any and all business that may come before the said meeting.
