GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANY MINING PROPERTIES DIAMONDFIELD SECTION - GOLDFIELD DISTRICT GOLDFIELD, NEVADA JANUARY 30, 1912. TO THE STOCKHOLDERS OF GOLDFIELD MIDNIGHT-PAWNEE MINING COMPANY Gentlemen:- Following the depression of 1907, your Company, being without funds to meet its obligations, and unable to sell its Treasury Stock, lost its property. These facts being recently brought to the attention of the undersigned, negotiations were entered into at once with the owner, to the end that purchase was effected by the GOLDFIELD BELMONT EXTENSION MINING COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of Nevada with a CAPITAL STOCK of $150,000.00 divided into 1,500,000 SHARES OF A PAR VALUE OF TEN CENTS, FULL PAID AND ASSESSABLE In order that you may again share in the ownership of this property, arrangements have been made with the largest shareholder of this Company, from whom the property was purchased, whereby we are now prepared to offer to exchange shares of this Company for an equal number of your shares, properly endorsed for transfer, accompanied by ONE CENT PER SHARE. This privilege is extended to you for a period of SIXTY (60) DAYS ENDING MARCH 31, 1912. Messrs. VARDAMAN & P0RTIS, of this City, have been appointed TRUSTEES for this exchange and you are invited to send your shares and remittance to them at as early a date as possible and they will mail you certificates of this Company immediately in return.
