Authority is asked for the expenditure of $60,606.00 for the following work, detailed estimate of which are attached. Charge to Las Vegas Land & Water Company Description: 20 Four-romm Employee's Cottages as per floor plan & design No. 1, Drawing No. 15573, submitted by Chief Engineer to and adopted by the Special Committee June 17, 19809, but to be built with outer walls of concrete blocks, lath and plaster partitions and "Ready Rock" roof @ $1,429.30_______________________________________$28,586.00 20 Five-room Employee's Cottages as per floor plan design No. 2, Drawing No. 15574, submitted by Chief Engineer to and adopted by the Special Committee June 17, 1909, but to be built with outer walls of concrete blocks, lath and plaster partitions and "Ready Rock" roof @ $1,601.00_______________________________________$32,020.00 Labor $_________________________ Material $_________________________ Total $60,606.00 The reason why the above expenditure is recommended.
