- 2 - whether or not he wished Mulcoy to handle the property and he made a statement to the Notary Public that he wished Mulcoy to handle same. Now if this will be satisfactory to you, Mulcoy will handle the property and turn everything that is derived from same over to you as he has Tony's request to do this. Mulcoy does not know at this time whether or not they will be able to turn the property into cash at once. They, Taylor and Mulcoy, are going to do the necessary assessment work for this year and that will hold the property. The coroners jury today decided that the shot was purely accidental and they exonerated Taylor from all blame. Tony told the officers in his dying statement that he believed it was an accident. Taylor, and Mulcoy had been close friends of Tony's ever since they first met and they all thought a great deal of each other. There was never a quarrel or jar between the three and the friendliest of feelings always existed between them. As near as we can find out the body will reach Chisholm on March 13th or 14th.
