MACMASTER & MACMASTER MINING STOCK BROKERS P.O. BOX 1063 GOLDFIELD, NEV. Mar. 8, 1907 Mrs. Barbara Petrusich, Aurora, Minn. Dear Mrs. Petrusich: Your wire received this evening as follows. "What Nationality people did Tony live with. Did he have any money. No letter received" I will say in reply that a letter was forwarded to you yesterday. The people Tony spent most of, or in fact all his time with, and lived with, are native americans of english descent. He lived with Taylor and Mulcoy. He had $15:00 at the time of the accident and he had no bank account that we knew of or have been able to find. We are pretty sure that he had saved no money for banking as he was always free with his money. While he was a very diligent worker and made good wages,he always spent his money. He had property as I explained to you in yesterdays letter. Tony was sent out on 5:00 P.M. train from Goldfield this evening. We hope that you will be satisfied with the way we prepared Tony. We precured the best we could get here. Taylor and Mulcoy had spent all their money to buy the prospecting outfit and provisions. Tony was going to work for Taylor and Mulcoy. We have borrowed money to pay all the expenses and we are going to sacrifice everything necessary to repay our loan. The work that is necessary to hold the ground has not been done on the property that Tony is interested in. Taylor and Mulcoy are going to leave tomorrow morning to do the work on this property at their own expense. Tony made the request before he died that Mulcoy should handle his property and turn the proceeds to his Mother. Mulcoy paid the lawyer to fix up the papers that would give him this authority and they took a Notary Public before Tony to see
