George Levine (1925 – 2018) is a former maître d' of the Sands hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born in Sommerville, New Jersey, Levine moved his family to Las Vegas in 1963. He waited tables at the Sands and eventually used his charm to become a longtime maître d' of the Sands, from 1979 until the hotel closed in 1996. Levine's daughter is former United States Democratic Congresswoman Shelley Berkley.
