Joni Fried

Joan “Joni” Fried is the youngest of Milton and Esther Fried’s children. She is a born (1955 - ) and raised Las Vegas resident. After college, Joni became the visionary of the family bakery business, Freed’s Bakery, and successfully shepherd it from one generation to the next. As technology and social media became the next horizon for entrepreneurs, Joni enjoyed the involvement of her nephew Max (Yvonne Fried’s son) and her daughter Sarah. The business has evolved from rugelach and cookies to a creative and delicious cake division, which exceeds all consumer expectations.
