This series contains information about financial decisions as well as reports to high level officials. Also included in the collection is correspondence between university presidents and other officials.

Contents in this collection are closed for seventy-five years from the latest date found on an individual record to protect privacy and confidentiality. Access is restricted under provisions of state or federal law and are closed to all except the department that created them, UNLV General Counsel, the director of the originating program or division, or their designees until 2055.
